Want to know how the new season is progressing? How are sign-ups going. Want a say in how the league decides matters this year… then come to a board meeting! The Board is having a meeting July 12th, come be a part of it. 7pm to 9pm Place TBD

Board Meeting TONIGHT!
Board meeting TONIGHT!
Everyone is welcome and encouraged to attend. Due to personal reasons Kymber Veautour, previous Secretary stepped down and now, the board will be electing a new SECRETARY tonight. The is a very important position that needs to be filled. Board positions are usually one year, but since this position was elected earlier this year, it will be a term of less than a year.
All of the OPW family are encouraged to attend board meetings and have a voice, but only board members can vote on the running of OPW. Have a say in who has this responsibility. The general membership does elect board members, and every vote counts!
All other agenda issues will be discussed at the meeting. See you then!!!!!!!

OTHER NEWS AND INFORMATION
Due to personal reasons, our secretary has resigned and we are in search of someone to fill this very important position. If you are interested, please contact me as soon as possible. We will vote in a new secretary at the June 7 monthly meeting.

-Parents “kickoff” dance will be held Friday, August 27 (more details later)

Please note: Assistant coaches, team moms and teen trainers are chosen by the team head coaches and turned in to the Directors of Cheer and Football for approval on a YEAR to YEAR basis and will be announced as the season gets closer.
If you are a trainer, team mom or assistant coach from any of the teams last year, and wish to return, please contact the current team head coach with your intent as soon as possible. Assistant Coaches, Team Moms and Teen Trainers are not automatically placed back on the same teams simply because you were there last year. You must let the CURRENT head coach know you are interested!
